摘要: We have calculated the phonon frequencies and widths in random alloy Cu0.97Au0.03, using low concentration defect theory compared our results with experimental observation. It was found essential to description of system include effects volume change on alloying. Morse potentials been used attempt describe these as well estimate force constant changes associated gold impurities.
