摘要: Discharge hydrograph estimation during floods, in rivers with torrential regime, is often based on the use of rating curves extrapolated from very low stage–discharge measurements. To get a more reliable estimation, reverse flow routing problem solved using water level data measured two gauged stations several kilometers each other. Validation previous analysis carried out flood event February 2016 at Europa Bridge and Castiglione Scalo sections Crati River (Cosenza, Italy) ‘soft’ discharge measurement comparison computed downstream section by three different hydraulic models ‘hard’ available measures. Results confirm that 1D diffusive model provides results than complete one no significant improvement gained computationally demanding 2D model.
