摘要: Cadmium (Cd) is a metal known to be toxic and carcinogenic, but its mechanism of action remains fully elucidated. We investigated the gene expression modulation in human hepatoma cell line HepG2 after exposure 2 μM 10 Cd using an Agilent microarray. Furthermore, we evaluated microRNA with Low Density Array. At low concentration only eleven genes belonging metallothionein familiy were regulated. higher pathway enrichment analysis for 536 up-regulated showed large number pathways related cancer, whereas 424 down-regulated enriched on correlated liver function. A percentage modified microRNAs belonged let-7 family, which considered have oncosuppressor functions. Several connected cancer regulated at transcription level, miRNAs had potential impact this regulation.
