摘要: A man with a history of pancreatitis was given aprotinin intravenously just before endoscopic retrograde pancreatography. Despite negative sensitivity tests eye drops he developed profound anaphylactic reaction on intravenous administration the drug. Ocular may not predict severe reactions to aprotinin.
