摘要: Recent studies have shown that increases in proteolytic activity are associated with abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs). We studied samples of the dilated wall, taken during corrective surgery for AAAs, terms number, type, and tissue location connective proteinases their inhibitors. Five distinct caseinolytic serine six gelatinolytic metalloproteinases were resolved by molecular weight use sodium dodecyl sulfate-substrate gel electrophoresis.
