摘要: 1. Introduction Sugar binding and cell agglutinating proteins known aslectins have been extensively studied recently (reviewed [ 11). Although lectins mostly isolated from plant seeds, they are also present in other parts of plants [2,3], fishes [4], birds [5,6] mammals [4,7-91. In an increasing number cases, it has shown that membranes so proposed may be membrane components, whose capacity to reversibly bind carbohydrates could enable them play a role both intracellular intercellular recognition [2,8-121. this report, we data showing found lymphocyte membranes. 2. Materials methods Lymphocytes thymuses spleens - week 6 male female BALB/c mice by the method 131 were broken nitrogen cavitation using French press (Artisan Metal Products, Waltham, MA) with 50 atm. for 15 min at 0°C constant gently stirring. A microsomal fraction was prepared 4°C homogenate differential centrifugation as follows: debris removed 850 X g, 10 large particles mitochondria 000 g 20 min. The supernatant further centrifuged * Present address:
