摘要: © 2018 The Authors. Aims: To examine how nurse managers' leadership styles, and nurses' organisational commitment in Saudi Arabia relate. Background: Effective is influential staff retention; however, recruiting maintaining nurses an increasing problem Arabia. Methods: Using a survey design, the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire Organisational Commitment were distributed to sample of 219 managers from two hospitals Results: Transformational was most dominant style. After controlling for influence manager/staff status, nationality hospitals, transformational strongest contributor commitment. Perceptions both transactional increased with age nursing staff. Conclusion: Introducing Full Range model workforce could help prepare positions as leaders. Implications Nursing Management: study provides insight into type that best suited dynamic changing health care system It possible leaders induce positive changes nursing.
