摘要: Abstract The task of design, planning and operation manufacturing networks is becoming more challenging for companies, as globalisation, mass customisation the turbulent economic landscape create demand volatility, uncertainties high complexity. In this context, paper investigates performance decentralised through a set methods developed into software framework in toolbox approach. Tabu Search Simulated Annealing metaheuristic are used together with an Artificial Intelligence method, called Intelligent Algorithm. A multi-criteria decision making procedure carried out evaluation quality alternative network configurations using multiple conflicting criteria including dynamic complexity, reliability, cost, time, environmental footprint. comparison each method based on solutions that it provided out. statistical design experiments robust engineering technique calibration adjustable parameters methods. Moreover, impact fluctuation to operational networks, expressed thorough complexity indicator, investigated simulation. validated real life case, data coming from CNC machine building industry.
