摘要: Ethanol fermentation was investigated at the high solids content of dry dilute sulfuric acid pretreated corn stover feedstock using an evolutionary adapted Saccharomyces cerevisiae DQ1 strain. The adaptation conducted by successively transferring S. cells into inhibitors containing hydrolysate every 12h and finally a stable yeast strain obtained after 65 days' continuous adaptation. ethanol performance significantly improved with titer 71.40 g/L yield 80.34% in simultaneous saccharification (SSF) 30% content. No wastewater generated from pretreatment to steps. results were compared published cellulosic cases, obvious advantages present work demonstrated not only yield, but also significant reduction generation potential cost reduction.
