摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the response different morphological subtypes canine lymphoma a standardized therapeutic protocol. Diagnosis based on cytohistological analysis and immunophenotyping with antibodies against CD3 CD79a an enlarged lymph node or extranodal mass. Fifty-seven cases were classified according updated Kiel classification adapted species, into 24 B-cell lymphomas (20 centroblastic polymorphic four Burkitt-type subtypes), 33 T-cell (10 pleomorphic mixed, 10 lymphoblastic, eight unclassifiable high grade plasmacytoid, five small clear-cell subtypes). All dogs clinically staged at diagnosis. protocol used l-asparaginase, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, prednisone. First remission duration overall survival time evaluated. Although phenotype associated, whole, poor prognosis, as previously reported in veterinary human medicine, showed significant prognostic differences between B- suggests that clinico-morphological characterization disease is justified dogs, humans.
