摘要: Human ABCC2 is an ATP-binding cassette transporter involved in the export of endobiotics and xenobiotics. It cisplatin resistance cancer cells, particularly ovarian cancer. The few known modulators are poorly efficient, so it necessary to explore new ways select optimize efficient compounds ABCC2. Natural products offer original scaffold for such a strategy brings hope this aim. This review covers basic knowledge about ABCC2, from distribution topology aspects physiological pathological functions. summarizes effect natural as modulators. Certain plant metabolites act on different regulation levels therefore promising candidates block multidrug mediated by cells.
