摘要: Large-eddy simulation (LES) of turbulent premixed reacting flows in a gas turbine combustor (General Electric's lean dry low-NOx LM6000) has been carried out to evaluate the potential LES for design studies realistic hardware. A flamelet model flame is combined with dynamic subgrid kinetic energy simulate propagation this high swirl and Reynolds number flow. Comparison computed results experimental data indicate good agreement spite relatively coarse grid resolution employed LES. These provide significant confidence that capability practical interest feasible near future.
