摘要: Necroptosis is a recently discovered form of programmed cell death (PCD) having necrotic-like morphology. However, its presence and potential impact with respect to head neck squamous carcinoma (HNSCC) are still unknown. The aim this study was reveal the necroptosis status clinicopathological relevance in HNSCC establish an vitro model. We first analyzed level p-MLKL, MLKL, tumor necrosis patient tissues as well their correlation features. Results showed that approximately half can be attributed necroptosis, extent independent prognostic marker for patient's overall survival progression-free survival. Then we established thoroughly verified model two lines using combined treatment TNF-α, Smac mimetic zVAD-fmk (TSZ). At last, adopted demonstrated promote migration invasion cells by releasing damage-associated molecular patterns.
