摘要: Humans have internal circadian clocks that ensure important physiological functions occur at specific times of the day. These molecular are regulated genomic level and exist in most cells body. Multiple resetting cues been identified, including light, temperature, food. Recently, oxygen has identified as a cue, emerging science indicates this occurs through interactions cellular between transcription-translation feedback loop hypoxia-inducible pathway (hypoxia-inducible factor; subject 2019 Nobel Prize Physiology or Medicine). This review will cover recently relationships HIF proteins clock. Interactions clock hypoxia could wide-reaching implications for human diseases, understanding mechanisms regulating these overlapping pathways may open up new strategies drug discovery.
