摘要: Glioblastoma (GBM) stem cells (GSCs), responsible for tumor growth, recurrence, and resistance to therapies, are considered the real therapeutic target, if they had no molecular mechanisms of resistance, in comparison with mass more differentiated which insensitive therapies just because being nonproliferating. GSCs occur niches where both stemness status angiogenesis conditioned by microenvironment. In perivascular perinecrotic niches, hypoxia plays a fundamental role. Fifteen glioblastomas have been studied immunohistochemistry immunofluorescence differentiation antigens. It has found that circumscribed necroses develop inside hyperproliferating areas characterized high expression Necrosis developed them imbalance between proliferation endothelial cells; it reduces number thin ring around former area. The nothing else survivors remnants those populating areas. tumor, coincide malignant so need detect located is not urgent.
