摘要: Dolichol from human liver was shown by reverse-phase high pressure liquid chromatography to consist of a series homologues ranging in length 17 23 isoprene units. The two major components, corresponding 19 and 20 units, respectively, were isolated identified mass spectrometry. Dolichyl palmitate, synthesized dolichol, showed an identical peaks with longer retention times.
