摘要: The work presented here is a theoretical and experimental study of heat production transport in bipolar electrical devices, with detailed treatment thermoelectric effects. Both homojunction heterojunction devices are considered, particular attention given to semiconductor laser diodes. mechanisms that govern both internal exchange transfer between device its environment examined, leading structures which optimized for thermal management.
