摘要: Evidence supporting that deleted in azoospermia-like (DAZL) plays a key role during gametogenesis and meiosis continues to emerge. Our study aimed determine whether overexpression of DAZL using lentiviral approach somatic stem cell germ vitro differentiation culture could enhance the formation primordial cell-like cells (PLCs) oocyte-like (OLCs). Introduction at beginning induced significantly increased Fragilis-positive PLCs, which was independent mitotic proliferation. In addition, mRNA levels markers Oct4, Stella, Vasa were also higher DAZL-transduced group suppressed when knocked down small interference RNA.
