摘要: Methods for non-invasive prenatal paternity testing are disclosed herein. The method uses genetic measurements made on plasma taken from a pregnant mother, along with of the alleged father, and to determine whether or not father is biological fetus. This accomplished by way an informatics based that can compare fingerprint fetal DNA found in maternal father.
