摘要: Fe–Cr Alloy/Low-Carbon Steel Composite was demonstrated in NaCl–KCl–NaF–Cr2O3 molten salt system by electrodeposition method successfully. The electrochemical reaction mechanism and the electro-crystallization process of chromium were investigated cyclic voltammetry theoretically XRD practically. It found that reduction Cr(III) takes place two steps, Cr is an instantaneous hemispheroid three-dimensional nucleation process. Then optimum preparation conditions, including current waveform density, are obtained. And corrosion resistance test shows increases with increase content.
