摘要: The metalloproteinase family of a disintegrin and with thrombospondin motifs (ADAMTS) degrades extracellular matrix. However, the relevance ADAMTS to cardiovascular diseases remains largely unknown. study aimed examine plasma ADAMTS-7 levels in patients acute myocardial infarction (AMI) relationship between heart function. This was prospective performed 84 ST-elevation (STEMI), 70 non-STEMI (NSTEMI), 38 controls. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) used measure levels. Cardiac structure function were assessed using two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography. Patients stratified according left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ≤35% or >35%. Plasma higher LVEF compared those >35% (6.73 ± 2.47 vs. 3.22 ± 2.05 ng/ml, P < 0.05). positively correlated brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), mass index (LVMI), end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), end-systolic (LVESD) negatively 6-min walk test (P < 0.05). According receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, cutoff value 5.69 ng/ml associated specificity 61.0% sensitivity 87.6% for diagnosis failure after AMI. Logistic regression analysis indicated that association AMI independent from traditional risk factors other biomarkers (odds ratio = 1.236, 95% confidence interval: 1.023 1.378, P = 0.021). Elevated level may be involved remodeling
