摘要: Heart failure (HF) remains a major growing public health problem in the United States. Despite extensive understanding of mechanism at molecular level and innovations therapy, HF carries high morbidity mortality rates, with frequent hospital admissions. In Medicare population, is leading cause for hospitalization, accounting more than1 million admissions per year. The authors provide review epidemiology pathophysiology HF.
