Efficient and Divergent Synthesis of α-Halogenated Amides and Esters by Double Electrophilic Activation of Ynamides.

摘要: An efficient and modular entry to α-halogenated amides esters is reported. This reaction based on an underestimated double electrophilic activation of ynamides sequentially involving highly reactive activated keteniminium iminium ions. Upon simple with HCl halogenation reagent in the presence water or alcohol, a broad range can be transformed, divergent manner, α-halo high efficiency under mild conditions.
