摘要: The many functions of extracellular vesicles (EVs) like exosomes and microvesicles released from healthy cells have been well characterized, particularly in relation to their roles immune modulation. Apoptotic bodies, a major class EV as product apoptotic cell disassembly, other types EVs dying are also becoming recognized key players this emerging field. There is now increasing evidence suggest that produced during apoptosis important regulatory roles, concept relevant across different disease settings including autoimmunity, cancer, infection. Therefore, review focuses on how the formation could be mechanism modulation by cells.
