Suppurative thyroiditis with oesophageal carcinoma.

摘要: A 68 year old, previously well woman presented with dysphagia, weight loss and a neck swelling. Investigations revealed right-sided thyroid abscess fistulous connection to the upper of two oesophageal carcinomas, unreported association. The resistance infection mechanisms formation in this patient are discussed.
