摘要: Superactive charcoal, a compound known to complex with many toxins, was evaluated in this study for its effectiveness preventing death rats given an oral lethal dose of 8 mg/kg body weight T-2 toxin. The median effective superactive charcoal deaths 0.175 g/kg weight. Concurrent use cathartics, such as sorbitol, magnesium sulfate and sodium sulfate, facilitate removal the charcoal: toxin formed vivo did not enhance survival rates rats. One gram per kilogram enhanced times late 3 hr after administered. Some benefit rate may be derived from giving 5
