摘要: Over the past two decades, a leading business practice has been often-repeated rounds of downsizing and restructuring (also referred to as reorganization, re-engineering, host other euphemistic terms) by large private public sector employers. Frequently associated with practices such outsourcing, privatization, increased use temporary workers, downsizing/restructuring level job insecurity among workers well changes in work processes (including intensification multi-tasking) management behavior. The authors reviewed international studies health safety (OHS) effects undertaken over 20 years. After imposing quality filters, they obtained 86 studies.
