摘要: This research project firstly aims to find out the key elements that measure job satisfaction of lawyer assistants in Zhongyuan Law Firm, China, and then it explores, by using these elements, what extent feel satisfied with their job. The qualitative method was used this work, data analysis give an elaboration on participants‘ satisfaction. Ten open-ended questions were designed for interviews. There 23 who have been interviewed. The interview outcome compared theory. In end, based results, recommendations are given as kind work redesign could be done if management wants retain potential staff decrease turnover rate enhancing assistants‘ sense
