摘要: Malignant transformation is due to mutations that modify the mechanisms regulating normal cellular growth and development. These alterations include somatic activation of cancer-promoting genes1 (cellular oncogenes) germline or inactivation tumor suppressor genes, also known as antioncogenes recessive oncogenes2. While identification oncogenes facilitated by their ability transform appropriate host cells3, search for genes remarkably complicated lack strong selection procedures.
