摘要: Abstract Sulphide layers were made on the surface of 1045 and 52100 steels by means low-temperature ion-sulphurization technique. The tribological properties sulphide under dry conditions in air investigated a reciprocating tester. friction coefficient, endurance life width wear scar sulphurized surfaces measured. morphologies compositions scars debris analyzed scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) + energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy EDX) . Finally, mechanisms layer discussed. results showed that as solid lubrication coating could adhere to rubbing impede metallic contact. coefficient was decreased its wear-resistance improved. High-hardness substrate extend reduce wear. Moreover, promote formation oxide, which beneficial shortening running-in process.
