摘要: Abstract 1. (1) The incorporation of 14 C-formate into the nucleic acid bases a variety rapidly-growing avian and mammalian tissues has been studied in vivo vitro . 2. (2) In incorporate extensively their purines DNA thymine. most studied, particularly Ehrlich ascites tumour mouse, is depressed although thymine remains high. However, chick embryo liver rat regenerating after partial hepatectomy, pattern same as 3. (3) carcinoma greatly increased by addition 5-amino-4-imidazole carboxamide its riboside or particle-free extract mouse liver. Addition glycinamide ribotide no effect. 4. (4) significance these results discussed.
