摘要: In filamentous fungi, a cell death reaction occurs when cells of unlike genotype fuse. This reaction, known as incompatibility is genetically controlled by set loci termed het (for heterokaryon loci). Podospora anserina, genes induced during this (idi genes) have been identified. The idi-6/pspA gene encodes serine protease that the orthologue vacuolar B Saccharomyces cerevisiae involved in autophagy.
