摘要: Abstract In 2015 a IARC Working Group upgraded the classification of PCBs to 1 “Carcinogenic humans”, also on basis evidence from epidemiological studies showing an excess risk for melanoma. Increased risks non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and breast cancer were reported though was limited. However, some recent reviews PCB exposure provided discrepant findings. Therefore, we re-evaluated association between melanoma NHL by systematic review meta-analysis. We retrieved 11 independent cohort occupationally exposed workers. About half them showed increased standardized mortality or incidence ratios (SMRs SIRs) none NHL. The pooled SMRs 1.32 (95% CI: 1.05–1.64) 0.94 (0.73–1.23) Among population-based case-control with individual measures exposure, one only study carried out melanoma, odds ratio (OR) 6.0 (2.0–18.2) highest compared lowest quartile distribution. 13 evaluated concentration in blood subcutaneous fat, summary OR = 1.5 (1.1–1.7) vs quantile two people intoxicated rice oil containing found no deaths skin inconsistent results conclusion, these findings do not provide strong that can increase humans.
