摘要: Abstract In this work HDDR powders were used for the preparation of highly densified anisotropic NdFeB magnets by die-upsetting process. with different Nd contents (14 at %, 16 at % and 18 at %) grain sizes in order to determine most favourable composition microstructure a production crack-free maximum texture optimum magnetic properties. The hot compacted vacuum at 725°C 150 MPa. Then samples deformed an argon atmosphere 750°C strain rate 10 −3 s −1 . Using around 0.3 μm, corresponding coercivity μ 0 j H c 1 T, content 14 deformation degree 0.9, remanence 1.2 T 0.7 obtained. However large amount cracks present die-upset sample Nd. By increasing suppression was achieved increase observed, but are reduced. For 0.95 could be produced.
