摘要: The cell line NIH-H460, derived from a human large-cell carcinoma of the lung, became metastatic in lung athymic mice after s.c. injection. Using serial passages metastasis, was selected, H460M, which characterized by an increased potential compared to parental cells (spontaneous metastases) or i.v. injection (experimental metastases). For high frequency metastases mouse and short time required develop foci, H460M transplanted nude represent unique preclinical model for biological therapeutic studies. paper describes growth some properties (invasion migration capability, membrane profile) this experimental vivo model.
