摘要: The main goals of assessing respiratory system mechanical function are to evaluate the lung through a variety methods and detect early signs abnormalities that could affect patient's outcomes. In ventilated patients, it has become increasingly important recognize whether improved or deteriorated, ventilator settings match demand, selection parameters follows lung-protective strategy. Ventilator graphics, esophageal pressure, intra-abdominal electric impedance tomography some best-known monitoring tools obtain measurements adequately function.
