Patients followed clinically indicated up three years. measured remission (defined MADRS score ≤ 6) rates one year categorical outcome. In addition, we used Cox proportional hazard models examine relationship between change over time. Results Non-remitters (30%) had higher scores total (TN), vulnerability (VS), NA. Over years, time achieve was associated TN, VS, greater analyses controlling score, age, sex, education, VS two-year cognition. Conclusions Presence medication may indicate increased decline.
