摘要: Abstract— The nasal absorption of desmopressin was studied in two animal models, the rat and sheep. bioavailability after administration found to be 13 times higher model. This discrepancy is suggested due impaired mucociliary clearance mechanism model possibly differences enzymatic degradation elimination rates drug. effect addition L-α-lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) formulations as an enhancer most pronounced sheep use bioadhesive starch microsphere delivery system, especially combination with LPC, had a profound on sheep, bioavailabilities reaching nearly 10% compared 1·2% for simple solution desmopressin.
