摘要: The Drosophila optic lobe comprises a wide variety of neurons forming laminar and columnar structures similar to the mammalian brain. may provide an excellent model investigate various processes brain development. However, it is poorly understood how neuronal specification regulated in form complicated structure. Here we show that Brain-specific-homeobox (Bsh) protein, which expressed lamina medulla ganglia, involved specifying identity. Bsh L4 L5 Mi1 neurons.
