MRI of the hand in psoriatic and rheumatical arthritis

摘要: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the hand in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PA) was evaluated and compared MRI rheumatoid (RA). Both X-ray examinations hands were performed 28 PA 18 RA patients. The showed a pattern characterized by more pronounced soft tissue swelling as Diffuse periarticular oedema that spread to subcutis evident 24 (85.7 %) Subchondral changes characteristic patients, observed 12 (42.8 %). In these cases, conventional examination failed show any bone change. These two not seen Our preliminary results indicate might play role differential diagnosis between especially early phase disease which radiological is negative.
