摘要: Light and electron microscopic studies were performed on the synovial membranes from large joints of 12 patients with psoriatic arthritis. The most significant histopathologic findings vascular changes that characterized by endothelial cell swelling accompanied inflammatory infiltration marked thickening vessel wall. Fibrosis subsynoviocyte tissue was also prominent, especially in chronic disease. Villi not lining layer thickened. Both type A B cells seen; none had abnormalities.
