摘要: To demonstrate an as yet merely postulated generalized osteopathy in psoriatics, the serum calcium level, alkaline phosphatase and urinary excretion of hydroxyproline were evaluated 24 patients with Ps PA. Moreover, bone bioptates from 25 PA 10 examined histologically measured morphometrically. The investigations provide evidence for existence a “latent” terms elevated turnover rate without loss volume (high remodelling) both well those arthritis. As pathogenetically essential factor shared by dermatosis “osteopathy”, latent vitamin D deficiency and/or hormone resistance is discussed.
