摘要: A recombinant virus assay was used to characterize in detail neutralizing antibody responses directed at circulating autologous HIV plasma. Examining serial plasma specimens a matrix format, most patients with primary infection rapidly generated significant early (0–39 months) viruses, whereas laboratory and heterologous strains were often lower delayed. Plasma continually evolved escape neutralization, indicating that exerts level of selective pressure has been underappreciated based on earlier, less comprehensive characterizations. These data argue account for the extensive variation envelope gene is observed months after infection.
