摘要: Metastasis is strongly inhibited in thrombocytopenic mice. This phenotype reversed by NK cell depletion which indicates that platelets may facilitate tumor progression and metastasis interfering with immunosurveillance. Understanding the underlying mechanisms help us to reinforce anti-tumor immunity NK-based immunotherapy cancer patients.
