摘要: This paper presents the first quantitative study on seasonal occurrence and body location of white shark (Carcharodon carcharias)-inflicted injuries Cape fur seals (Arctocephalus pusillus pusillus) at Black Rocks, in Algoa Bay. Between January 2010 October 2011, 22 boat trips were made to Rocks chum for sharks. On 19 a series overlapping photographs taken northern side percentage seals, which exhibited fresh bite wounds recorded. A total 53 sharks 28 shark-inflicted recorded over course period.
