摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role ADA as additional marker HIV infection well its association with other biochemical markers. This included 55 patients, 26 being diagnosed positive and 29 patients negative. Glucose, total protein, lactate dehydrogenase, adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity were measured on cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). CSF statistically different in HIV-seropositive subjects compared HIV-negative subjects. sensitivity specificity 50 82.76%, respectively. positively correlated dehydrogenase protein it negatively glucose levels. determination could add information about inflammatory processes infection.
