摘要: Polyimide or a precursor thereof represented by Chemical Formula 1 2 and photosensitive organic insulator composition having the same are disclosed. The polyimide is prepared from diamine including polyalkyleneoxide. use of can allow for low temperature curing shorten time, form taper angle, implement high sensitivity residual film. Also, since composition, as positive has excellent solubility with respect to an alkali solution exposed portion, generation impurity be minimized.
