摘要: Provided are methods for determining the presence or absence of donor specific antibodies in a biological sample. The include mixing cellular sample from with recipient under conditions sufficient immune antibodies, if present, to bind cell surface antigen (Ag) form an antibody-Ag complex, contacting mixture beads comprising antibody that specifically binds complex (e.g., Ag antibody) on thereof, adding lysis detectably-labeled bound beads, and detecting determine recipient. Systems kits practicing subject also provided.
