摘要: T and B cell responses after sensitization to ragweed (RW) were examined in a mouse model which BALB/c mice exposed the allergen by ultrasonic nebulization. Sensitization resulted stimulation of an IgE anti-RW response was paralleled rise IgG1 titers. Skin testing for immediate cutaneous hypersensitivity revealed presence allergic type I reactions RW. RW this way also associated with development increased airways responsiveness as determined electrical field preparations tracheal smooth muscle. Histologic examination lung indicated mononuclear infiltrate mucosa submucosa that accompanied enlargement local draining lymph nodes lung. populations analyzed frequency V beta-expressing cells. Such analysis stimulated expression beta 8.1+, 8.2+, 13+ cells lymphoid tissue 8.3+, 9+ 14+ spleen. Co-culture these RW-primed RW, 8.2 production, whereas other showed different profile Ig isotypes IgG subclasses. The transfer from sensitized but not nonsensitized control allergen-specific naive recipients. These data provide additional support pivotal role specific subpopulations IgE/IgG1 production responsiveness.
