摘要: Background: Open-access gastroscopy performed by general practitioners is available at some primary care health centres in our Central Finland hospital referral area. The aim of the present study was to examine whether this practice influences peptic ulcer-related hospitalization and mortality. Methods: Data on were obtained from discharge registries hospitals.
